After all my bitching

 

. . . about the lack of greenery in South American food, there's a salad (-only) place just two doors down from my hotel.


The one I got has greens, pasta, eggplant, squash, tomatoes, and not enough grilled chicken, with a nice basil dressing.  At UY$ 525 ($13) it's over-priced, but is enough for two meals.

Back to (cheaper) unhealthy food tomorrow!
