There's one on every corner

Well, practically.  Everywhere in São Paulo you can find these little restaurants:




That double as 7-11s.  You can just buy a bottled drink to go, or some have candy etc.  Or a shot of vodka. You never know from the outside -- one was selling pokémon merchandise.


Or you can have a sit-down meal with a hunk of meat, rice, maybe salad or beans for about R$30, USD 6.  They all have pretty much the same menu.



The flattened chicken breast was perfect, with a nice char, but tender and juicy.  Great fries too!





And of course they all have delicious deep-fried treats like this one with ham 'n' cheese, yum!
